Handcrafted in France from solid beechwood, these spoons are sturdy and durable—it won't scratch cookware, melt, react to acidic foods, transfer heat to your hands, or alter delicate sauces. Lightweight yet strong, they're safe for use on metal, nonstick, and enamel cookware and perfectly sized for shallower mixing bowls. The long, strong handle makes it ideal for hollandaise, lemon custard, muddling, folding egg whites, adding flour to creamed mixtures, and high-temperature candy making. Made from natural, renewable beechwood, these spoons support more sustainable living practices. Hand wash only, and occasionally coat with mineral oil to maintain its appearance. Available in 6 sizes: 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", and 18".

All orders placed on Orson H. Gygi Company (Gygi.com) are shipped via FedEx and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery service. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the packed weight of the order. All orders will be processed on the next business day.
In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.

Product may be returned and/or exchanged ONLY within 10 business days of receiving the product.
Absolutely NO items will be accepted for return and/or exchange without Return Authorization (RA).
