ZWILLING Pro boasts a unique curved bolster that acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.
