Description

Callebaut's No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Bar provides a genuine Belgian chocolate taste with no added sugar.

It's pleasant sweetness comes from the sugar substitute malitol, rounded off with natural Bourbon vanilla.

Finished products made with this chocolate can be promoted with the label “no added sugar”, as long as the finished recipe doesn't contain any added ingredients containing sugar: ex nuts/pralines, fillings made with artificial sweetener etc.

Comes packaged as an 11 lb. chocolate block.

We cannot guarantee that any chocolate block will arrive unbroken when shipping.

    So, here's the thing... chocolate melts! Crazy, right? Shipping chocolate in temperatures over 70℉ can be tricky. Gygi will do our part by including cold packs in your shipment, but keep in mind that these cold packs only stay cold for about 24 hours.

    We strongly recommend choosing the fastest shipping method possible, especially if shipping to the Midwest or East Coast. Not doing so may result in partially melted chocolate, this can compromise couverture chocolates ability to be tempered.

    Also, consider placing your order at the beginning of the week to limit the amount of time your chocolate spends sitting in a warehouse or shipping truck.

Use and care

Due to the high quality ingredients, Callebaut block chocolates do require tempering.

Store at 53-60 F in a dry, well ventilated area with no strong odors. Recommended shelf life is 18 months in an air-tight container.
