Use and care

Best Practice: Set oven at 200 degrees and place caramel loaf in a heavy pot with a lid. As the caramel beings to soften stir occasionally but not to often as stirring will create air bubbles. Total time until ready to use is 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

This caramel is sooo good! I used it to make caramel apples and caramel dipped pretzels. I learned after the fact that this is the same caramel that Disneyland uses for their apples and treats, so you know it’s good!

I purchased 5#s and used it to dip home grown apple slices in. Flavor is beyond YUM. I also made the Carmel Apple Crisp recipe. Over the top. Just delicious.
