Mrs. Anderson's Baking Non-Stick Steamed Pudding Mold delivers dependable results for classic steamed desserts with consistent cooking and clean food release for an amazing baking experience from start to finish. Crafted from professional-quality 0.7-millimeter anodized aluminum, this non stick steamed pudding mold features a durable, scratch-resistant non-stick surface that is BPA-free and PFOA-free, designed to withstand repeated use while maintaining excellent release properties. The locking lid seals in moisture to prevent boil-overs, while the integrated handle allows easy lid removal during and after cooking. A center tube ensures even heat distribution throughout the mold for faster, more uniform steaming results. Designed to hold 1.6-liters, it is well suited for standard 6 to 8 serving pudding and dessert recipes, including Christmas fruit puddings, chocolate or plum puddings, steamed sponge, sticky toffee and bread pudding, rice pudding and custards, Jello molds, gelatin desserts, and other traditional steamed and chilled dessert recipes, for everyday baking, holiday traditions, entertaining, and gift giving. Designed for traditional steaming, the mold may be used in a pot of gently boiling water, resting above the waterline or on a rack, as long as the mold is not fully submerged. Heat safe up to 750-degrees Fahrenheit, this mold performs reliably across a wide range of cooking conditions. Easy to use and maintain, simply follow the included instructions for use; use wooden or nylon tools only and never cut in the pan. Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly after cleaning.

In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.
