Shipping Information
All orders placed on Orson H. Gygi Company (Gygi.com) are shipped via FedEx and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery service. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the packed weight of the order. All orders will be processed on the next business day.
In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.

For any errors in your order fulfillment or damaged items that have been received you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Any reports of this nature received after 2 business days, Gygi.com reserved the right to handle each inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Product may be returned and/or exchanged ONLY within 10 business days of receiving the product.
Absolutely NO items will be accepted for return and/or exchange without Return Authorization (RA).
