The Bread Mat is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from certified food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The Bread Mat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The Bread Mat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your Bread Mat from excessive heat.

All orders placed on Orson H. Gygi Company (Gygi.com) are shipped via FedEx and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery service. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the packed weight of the order. All orders will be processed on the next business day.
In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.

For any errors in your order fulfillment or damaged items that have been received you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Product may be returned and/or exchanged ONLY within 10 business days of receiving the product.
Absolutely NO items will be accepted for return and/or exchange without Return Authorization (RA).
