Description
Made in Sweden since 1940, every Ankarsrum stand mixer is individually tested before leaving the factory. The signature Dough Roller—at the heart of the original design—gently processes ingredients against the stainless steel bowl, mimicking hand kneading for bread and yeast doughs. Prefer a different technique? Switch to the included Dough Hook for flexible kneading options.
The Essentials package includes the Assistent Original base, 7-liter stainless steel bowl, Dough Roller, Dough Knife, Dough Hook, spatula, proofing lid, quick start guide, digital recipe book, and a 7-year warranty on the machine base.
Please note: The plastic beater bowl & previous-version balloon whisks/cookie beaters have been discontinued.
