The pan also features our Thermolon Minerals Pro ceramic nonstick, a diamond-infused coating that’s metal utensil safe and designed to stand up to intense use while giving you even heating, effortless release, and easy cleanup.
The pan’s stainless steel handle lets you go from stovetop to oven with ease and the dishwasher-safe design makes cleaning up big messes stress-free. The durable glass lid offers a great view of your meal in progress. Oven safe up to 600°F, glass lid up to 425°F.

All orders placed on Orson H. Gygi Company (Gygi.com) are shipped via FedEx and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery service. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the packed weight of the order. All orders will be processed on the next business day.
In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.
