The enameled porcelain surface is bonded to sturdy cast iron, eliminating the need to season. The pot can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops. Bake or broil in any conventional or convection oven, as the stainless steel knobs and cookware are oven safe to 500 degrees F.

The tightly fitting lid seals in moisture and the cast iron offers superior heat distribution and retention. Two layers of porcelain enamel are chip resistant and easy clean up.

Hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.

Heat on low or medium heat. Do not heat an empty pot.

Use wood, plastic, silicon or nylon utensils to prevent scratching. Also, use dish rags or nylon scrubbers.
