Made from 18/8 stainless steel, the whisk has a unique flow-through design, which allows wet and dry ingredients to pass through and incorporate together quickly and thoroughly without trapping or clogging. 

Great or quick bread batters, stiff yeast dough, pasta dough, pizza dough, even pancakes and muffins.
