Made of aluminized steel, this 18x14" Cookie Sheet is not only sturdy and durable, it is also coated in a food-safe non-stick material, so you don't have to worry about your cookies and other baked treats adhering to the pan like super-glue. Do not use sharp, metal utensils on the pan. Only use silicone, nylon, and/or wooden utensils. The pan has a max temperature of 450 F, and since it's made of aluminized steel, it is not dishwasher safe -- it ruins the aluminium.
